The pituitary gland is deep inside the brain just behind the eye. The hormone is made in the body throughout a persons life but the development of this hormone is more when the person is young. The human growth Hormone is a microscopic protein substance and is found secreted in short pulses after the exercise and during first hours of sleep. The hormone plays a very essential role in adult metabolism and growth of children.
