So you want to start your own business your own legacy but you don’t know what? Well you can start out by knowing that this is a common challenge faced by many, so don’t feel bad. At the least, you’re taking time to think about it, and not just going after the first thing that presents itself.
There are several ways to go about deciding what to do for a business. What I suggest, and what I do, is finding something that you are passionate about. As tempting as it is to go after the latest and greatest fad, eventually that will fade and you’ll be left wondering what to do next.
If you spend some time searching for what you are passionate about, and what you feel is your underlying purpose here in life, well then you will never have to worry about what to do next. Your business will be an extension of you, and will be perpetual.
If you are willing to spend the time upfront, there are many exercises to help you identify your passions and what makes you tick. You can then take that and turn it into a viable business.
