One of the first steps you should take is to empty the Recycle Bin. Its easy to do. Just point your cursor to the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop, right-click, and choose Empty Recycle Bin.
Next, open up your Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on Delete Cookies, then on Delete Files. In the window that appears, check Delete all offline content and click OK. Once thats done, click OK to close the Internet Options window, and close your Internet Explorer.
