The DLLHOST.EXE is a registry process which is run automatically by the Microsoft Windows Operating system. This process is important for managing DLL based applications. DLLHOST is by default a startup process which means that the process runs from the minute you boot up your system. This file should not be terminated by the user unless it is found to cause problems.
