Most people are not fully aware of the impact of their daily experiences at work and at home on the quality of their lives. Experiences are dealt with differently from person to person. People simply see things differently, which is why there is such as thing as the Principle of Individual Differences. Same schedule, same set of people, same destination — but all with a different take or perspective on a situation.

In some cases, the negative views about one’s situation can even cause health problems. Some people can experience excessive fatigue for thinking negative thoughts aside from undergoing physically stressful activities. Excessive fatigue is having a general feeling of weakness or energy loss, both physically and mentally. A lot of factors are crucial in getting this type of condition. Aside from strenuous physical activities, allergies, bacteria, viruses, and chemical toxins can also harm and weaken the body. Emotional stress due to frustration, melancholy, and other negative factors are also linked to becoming physically weak and stressed out.
