Yes I know, if it aint broke, then dont fix it. I have heard that all of my life, but its just not me. I am a do-it-yourselfer, fixer-upper, pack rat part collector type of guy. I like to be ready for anything and not be caught off guard. I my car breaks down, I like to have the replacement part and tools in the trunk so that I can get right to fixing it. If the washing machine gives me trouble, I dont want to have to run here and there looking for parts to fix it. I prefer to have had it fixed before it broke.

I have this Winnebago RV that is not brand new by any means. I like to have Winnebago RV parts available just in case I might need one. My wife thinks I am crazy, but she never has had to walk down the highway hitching a ride if the vehicle breaks down. And there is nothing worse than spending your whole vacation looking for Coleman RV air conditioner parts, or an RV furnace part. It is much easier to have one with you, or not needing it because you replaced it before you left home.
