Kristi Dawn Chenoweth was born on July 24, 1968 in the little town of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Chenoweth was adopted at birth, and enjoyed what can be viewed as a normal childhood with a supportive home and a nurturing family environment. She was always the one in her class to perform, and was in love with the idea of being on stage since she was a small child.
