Tapestries are types of art that you can hang in your home or office. They come in all types of sizes and designs for you to choose from. Many tapestries are hand made from various cultures. You can see all of the fine details of their work in these tapestries. Others are mass produced in a factory and they wont cost as much but you will be able to tell a difference in the overall appearance.

Tapestries that are made by hand are done using a loom and a pattern. The various patterns can have detailed pictures and colors on them. Each piece of the tapestry is carefully laid in order to ensure the pattern is copied completely. There are many different types of material that a tapestry can be made from. The most common is cotton because it is affordable and it is easy to work with.
